Introduction

Legal Entity

Boom App is operated by Mazalore Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus with its principal office at 116 Gadstonos, 3032, M. Kyprianou, House 3&4 Floor, Limassol, Cyprus. Throughout these Terms, “Wisdom “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Mazalore Ltd operating under the Wisdom brand.


1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Wisdom (”Wisdom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services (”Services”), including connecting your WhatsApp account and accessing our emotional insight features, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use Wisdom.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wisdom.

If you are under 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian.

By using Wisdom, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Residents of the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union are eligible to use Wisdom under these Terms.


3. Nature of the Service

Wisdom provides AI-generated insights based on your interactions, including your WhatsApp conversations (where connected).

Wisdom is not a therapist, counselor, medical device, or legal advisor.
All outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
You should not rely on Wisdom for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency advice.


4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Wisdom for any unlawful purpose.

  • Upload or share illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt our service.

  • Misrepresent your identity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


5. Account and Security

You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid email address.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
We may send you important updates related to service changes, policies, or legal matters to your registered email.


6. Intellectual Property

Wisdom, including all related trademarks, logos, designs, and AI models, is owned by Wisdom’s creators.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.


7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Wisdom is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any output.

  • We are not liable for any emotional distress, loss, injury, or damages arising from your use of Wisdom.

  • Your use of Wisdom is at your sole risk.

Maximum liability for any claim will not exceed $100 or the amount paid by you to Wisdom, whichever is greater.


8. Arbitration and Governing Law

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.


9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted, and continued use of Wisdom constitutes acceptance.
